Catering absolutely!
I apologize for his emotions getting in the way. This is a family business that has been in his family for 40 years. This unfortunately has been the overwhelming experience. Trying to run a small business when people don’t have the same sense of loyalty that they used to. It’s a common problem discussed amongst the 20 other trucks. We literally had to close down for the week to prep for lilac. People call in sick when their dog is sick.
